Robert Baker

Rob started automotive window tinting in early 1989 working independently out of the trunk of his car.   By 1990 Rob had begun working out of professional window film shops and in 1995 struck up a partnership at EIP Tuning (now IAG Performance).  With the growing demand for flat glass installations by 1997 he had expanded into the commercial and residential market which included working with a variety of flat glass and decorative films for offices and homes.  In 2005 Rob opened Baltimore Tint and shortly after opened the new location in Pikesville, Maryland.  He has made window tinting his lifes’ work and has grown his successful business around the demands for quality and profession film services.  He now serves clients all over the Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and D.C. markets.

Erin has been at the start of Baltimore Tint alongside Rob in 2005.  She has been a part of the company’s ongoing expansion and projects.  As well as being a skilled window film installer herself, she is currently in charge of our commercial bidding department and management oversight.
